Foreign Gifts and Contracts Disclosure Policy

Policy

Wake Forest University shall report qualifying foreign gifts and contracts to the U.S. Education Department (ED) as required by Section 117 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. § 1011f) and to the National Science Foundation (NSF) as required by Section 10339B, Foreign Financial Support, of the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 (42 U.S.C. § 19040).
