Policy
When the University makes its facilities available to the public, on a limited basis, for special events, conferences, camps, or a wide variety of other activities, it is imperative to maintain the University’s primary pursuits of education, research, and developing its students while evaluating and overseeing the requests from the public to host events on its property. A framework to coordinate the use of University facilities by external groups is outlined.
