Policy
The purpose of this policy and procedure is to establish requirements regarding the authorization of University expenditures and the review, execution and oversight of written agreements intended to create legally binding obligations of the University. The policy also governs financial thresholds for capital projects and specific approval protocols for subsequent contract modifications that alter a project’s budget.
