Policy
The purpose of this policy is to protect the privacy of student education records at Wake Forest University. This policy explains the rights of students and the rules the University follows when handling student information. Following this policy helps keep student data safe and ensures the University follows federal law as provided by The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).
